Robert J. Bridges founded our company back in 1984. As a VP for a large commercial general contractor in Pittsburgh, PA, Robert saw that plenty of companies sold quality architectural products. But he also saw a gap: none of these companies offered much in the way of product guidance or oversight before, during, and after the sale.
So Robert set out to fill that gap with his wife, Joan, as his partner. Together they built a unique consulting firm that packaged architectural product sales with architectural product expertise.
In 1991, Robert and Joan’s son, Brad, joined the company and began expanding its vendor relationships, product offerings, and geographic reach.
Today Brad and his team run RJ Bridges with the same commitment that his parents had: to superb commercial architectural products, strong technical design assistance, and exceptional customer service.
